Oldsmobile Blank Memo Form

Blank memo form size is 8.5" by 8.5"
Could be used for just about anything or a neat collectable.
2 page with carbon in the middle.
Some have damage in the top right corner
$10.00 ea and I have a few plus shipping

These would be great for making up all sorts of facts to prove your car is a one of one. I'm sure I can find signatures of the appropriate person from whatever dept.

Wow. The carbon paper really dates it. This was used in the days before email.

No disrespect but

i hope I never pay too much based on a form like this that convinces me the car is legit. On the other hand it would be great to replace an original in too bad a shape to prove the real deal. I've been around enough to know your intentions are for it to be used legitimately though so thanks for offering it. Things like that sure help a legit car stay collectible. Great deal!
