I don't know if NOS applies. However, I bought this new when I was a teenager. I believe I only used it on one occasion for about 1/2 hour--so essentially old but new. Two speed 1800 and 3400 rpm, 1/2 hp buffer/disc sander. U.S. made Wen model 940. Includes two 7" backers, flexible and semi-flexible. As shown in the photos, all original items including box and paperwork (manual, spare parts order forms with shipping & handling filled in at $1, sales brochure). Always been in a heated and dry area. Only $49 plus actual shipping.
