    Hi Bill
    I struck out with FedEx here, they said it was up to the shipper to file a complaint. But they also said that the driver has no obligation to call the number on the label. Makes me wonder what the purpose is of having a phone number then! If you would send me the package deminsions and weights I'll create shipping labels to send your way. John
