Flexplate bolts

Was wondering about what kind of bolts I need. Is the standard length fine for this flexplate? And is there only one way to clock it?

Wow someone spent some money. If you bench mount the TC to it and use the stock bolts, there should be 2 threads sticking out minimum when tightened.
