Update

Its been a while since i had an update. Recently finished sandblasting the frame and painting it, its pretty much assembled now. Body is on the rotisserie, ready to be sanded, just a tad more body work. The body was almost rust free so nothing much to do. I did replace the right rear quarter a while back, it wasnt rusted but had old damage, which required replacement IMO. New steering components, anti sway bars, shocks, SS fuel lines and brake lines, adjustable rear upper control arms, Pypes SS exaust, motor and trans with GV overdrive. Im excited!

I talked to Classic Auto Air about sending them my evaporator and POA valve for inspection and or repair, I have access to R12 freon. Still need to buy wheels and tires, then some other miscellaneous things too im sure. Like paint, $$$. The exaust fits pretty good, ill weld all the joints when I know all is good. I have alot of new toys waiting in boxes. I could fire up the motor soon and break it in, cant wait!

Even with the engine and trans in the frame now, the end bolts on the front sway bar are touching the upper ball joint bolt, and they are hanging an inch below the lower control arm. Are they too long? Will they separate enough with the weight from the body and its components, or will i need shorter bolts?

Very nice! Is that a mid-year 'Vette I see lurking in the foreground in one of the pics?
