Here are the pieces and the drawing from the assembly manual. The drawing shows alignment marks on the horn contact and the hub, but I don't see the marks. Also, there is a tab on the contact...what's this for? It's not mentioned in the drawing. Finally, which way does the hub go in reference to the three holes in the center?
When you look at the hub, you will see 6 holes that are spaced evenly round the circumference. Those are where the steering wheel attach. The remaining 3 are the ones that the horn cap mount attach to. As you mount the wheel, align the 3 small cutouts on the inside circumference of the hole in the wheel match the 3 remaining holes. Screw the mounting plate to the wheel so that the tab rests on top of the horn contact, snap on the cap and you are ready to honk............. (the insert in the center of the horn cap can be rotated as necessary to have it oriented properly)

Thanks..which way does the hub go in reference to these holes?
The horn contact button goes in to the largest of those 3 holes. If there are no markings on the steering column, (which is not a big deal) center the front wheels and slide the hub on so that the arms of the steering wheel are as level as possible. Install and finger tighten the center nut, drive the car a short distance and get the front wheels as close to straight on as possible, then if necessary, re-stab the hub to level out the wheel. Be sure to then tighten the center nut.
