Rounding up parts to start resteration

I have a 1969 442 vert I picked up little over a year ago and due to work and taking care of aging parents has not had a lot done yet. Getting started and one of my concerns is that someone took all the air conditioning hoses out, cut all the lines on the hardware under the hood and the compressor is laying in the trunk in peices. I know it would be easier to pick up a kit from Vintage Air but their web page doesn't list Olds. I would perfer to have an aftermarket installation that will perform better and ease all the "find the part" game that is coming down the line. Wish me luch on this build. I've put it off thinking I'll just sell it and make room for another vette but she has some fine lines and realy a cruser. Body should't be a major problem. Floor and trunk are solid just need the patch panesl for the front fenders aft of the tire. Any way, do any of you have any experence with after market air systems and installing them. Thanks in advance.
