You will love it. Installed mine earlier this year. Since I live in New York I drove up and picked it up. The guys were great to meet, gave a cool little tour around the place. Very clean and organized. Well worth it. What mufflers did you go with?

Are you blasting the frame yourself? when I did mine I wire wheeled it with a 4 inch grinder and a bunch of wire wheels, wish I had sent it out , it was miserable work, I also have no idea what dipping costs but that would take care of all the internal spaces , and then I am assuming powder coat would get to all the interior spaces ( static would pull it in?) anyway great job so far enjoy!!

 

As we all know sandblasting a fame is an experience in misery .Went there today YUK.

Yes I can vouch for the nastiness in sandlblasing frames and the mess around the yard or enclosed garage and the screaming business partner, aka wife lol.

My last one I degreased on a tarp to collect grease and grime and power washed first along with all the control arms, sway bars etc and then sandblasted and it was a heck of a lot cleaner and easier.

Looks great!! Watch your core support bushings when you go to reassemble the car. I bought the "factory correct" ones from Inline & while the quality seemed good they were quite a bit thinner than my originals. I had to add shims(luckily my local Napa had the large body shims, just like the assembly manual shows, in stock) to get the sheet metal to line up properly. My originals had none.

Hi all
The field trip damage is fixed on the underbody.
Decided to leave the repair as is .Could be considered a page of honour.
Once bumper installed nobody will be the wiser
Going to D&D Performance tomorrow looks like we have bent pushrods?

Car is slotted for the bodyshop in mid October
