Holley Terminator

After much sitting on the fence and researching EFI for my 65 Cutlass forever, I decided to install the Holley Terminator which had just come out.

I have to say it went in pretty easy. It hooked right up to my 455 with 2004r OD with no playing around. It runs great. Huge difference in power over my Edelbrock carb and the gas mileage looks like its going to be a lot better. Will do a mleage check tomorrow when I gas up for the first time since the install.

Only 200 miles on it so far and the ECU is still learning but I am very impressed. For you 64/65 Cutlass folks there is an EFI tank that comes with the filler neck from Spectra. You just have to buy a Buick tank. No difference. Don't know why they don't list one for the Olds.

One of the best expenditures I have ever made on this beast.

Glad to hear, the Terminator was the only system I strongly considered other than the FAST EZ-EFI I went with, based primary on price.

Are you using it to control timing too?

Just curious, what made you choose that system over all the other TBI systems out there?
And if you don't mind me asking, what did you pay for it to your door, ready to run?

Thanks for your input.

I was sitting on the fence for a long time and was going to go with the FAST but saw the advertising for the Holley. I have a 2004r Trans and it could could hook right up. I got the Unit wholesale saving about $350 from where I work. I figure with all the stuff I had to buy, regulator lines etc...about $2500

Im happy with it so far...

And it can control the timing (which is the next project) and run knock sensors...

One more http://s460.photobucket.com/user/442...00274.jpg.html

I wish the engine compartment was cleaner but WTF its a daily driver. Once I get everything done...someday... I will tidy up all the wiring and give it a good hosing down. Im going to have to use a label maler if I ever want to remember what all the wires are for...
