Not very much Just box all around frame and heavy pipes on pack frame like you see on pics.. use stick metal. Then frameoil then coating and last hammer paint. This work will last next 40 years..
The box and pipe work stops twist of body when accelerate.

As an engineer, I see that modification doing little for torsional frame flexing under acceleration. A far better course of action would be to box in the long straight "C" sections along the left and right sides, from existing box at the front to box at the rear. Your stick X's will stiffen and support the rear end to frame attachment, a little. You should also fabricate or install the factory tie bars that run from the front end of the lower rear control arms to the front end of the upper rear control arms. Spread that load around a little. Stiffen up those crucial mounting points.
I see in pic #42 you have boxed in the side rails as far fwd as the midpoint. Unfortunately, any section left unboxed is still less rigid, by say an order of magnitude.... or two. Boxing the frame section aft of the rear axle does little, as that is not between the engine and rear axle mounts, where the torque is produced and distributed.
I greatly admire your progress and tenacity there though. Coming together nicely.
I take it that you have a "Deluxe" F85, because the std issue F85 did not have a hood spear I think.
PS I have that car in a rusty parts car, so if there are any tidbits you need [not body sheetmetal] feel free to inquire, before the car goes away for scrap metal.
How do you work with the SAE fasteners in Europe- buy fractional tools, or use metric acceptable equivalents?

Yes this model is "Deluxe F85 4-Door sedan". The Boxing is not on front of frame but I bolt "Rear X pipes" on body whole way on back the frame so it make whole body stick very large area and i hope the "twist" when accelerate is minimum... ill take pic next week..
We have in europe both metric and inch tools. I order all parts and accessories from US-Parts finland, they chip everything from US.
I would like order parts from us put those parts are cheaper from US-Parts cause they take larger chipment at the same time. Chip payments are very expensives to Finland. One Euro 1 is now abaut 1.3 dollar. If i order Us the Dollar 1 is 1.50 Euro.
