hi BlackInTheGame !
The one's I did are EasyPerformance. Which did you use? Digitail seems to be the usual Choice. Maybe you can help me out with a question regarding the flasher relays. I purchased their solid state. Flasher relay for the turn signals but not the emergency flasher ( Hazard ) Relay. They said I could use any EL12 Relay. But trying to find on specifically for LED's are hard to find. What did you use? My supplier of the panels said that i could use an EL12 unit. Novita makes a compatible EL12 MC1 for LEDs but no one carries them. Only the Novita EL12. I really don't want ti dump another $20 + into another relay from the supplier if I can just get the Pod style flasher relay and just plug it in. Any info would be appreciated.
Hey Tony,
I got mine from EasyPerformance, also. I've not installed them yet, they are farther down the timeline, LOL! I did buy their flasher relay, yeah, for the extra $20 . I bought it from them for the convenience. I saw similar models on eBay and Amazon, for right about the same $$. It's been a few months, so 'm not sure if this is what you are talking about. Is a different module required for the hazards?

Hit me up when you are getting ready to do install. I did a few tweaks on mine. Since you have a 69 you might not have the sequential blinker ( Pink Wire ). I will be doing the install tomorrow , fingers crossed all will go smoothly. Regarding the Hazard blinker I just got the Novitac EL12 Unit. Easyperformance said it was the alternative to there's for the Emergency flashers. But did go the same route as you for the turn signal.
So today I finished off the back of the bumper with a final coat of aluminum for a stock finish. But I was so busy working on the underside that I never noticed this issue. I purchased this NOS bumper from Fusick back in September since I was passing through Connecticut on the was back from Maine. The bumper was on the floor at the counter still in the GM wrapper. The area wasn't well lit and I totally missed these ! Well since the bumper cam home on the roof rack of my Wife's Dodge Journey I pre wrapped it in a tarp and carefully bound it with rope. It didn't come out from it's cocoon till yesterday ! Luckily these are on the lower portion of the bumper.. But my question is these look like they were done after the bumper was chromed. Almost like they were missed prior to chroming. Does anyone know if this will be an issue down the road rust wise? I'm really hoping I can buff the visible portion out !
