Could you get a picture of the car from a distance? Then I would know how my car will look with shiny paint!

I can try to get it outside but I need help pushing it as the drive in front of the shop is gravel. The front wheels arebolted to the frame horns, they are hospital bed wheels. The body still has to come back off the frame I only assembledit to make sure everything lined up correctly and have it in one piece instead of 50 pieces. I bought this car in Mobile Al about 3 yrs ago,It had been in storage since the 80s and originaly came from Oklahoma. It was an extremely rust free car except for around the rear window.which I replace with a piece from a rust free donor. Floors,1/4 drop offs, trunk floor, windshield area was all Rust free,as were the doors & decklid . I found the hood which had been an NOS piece and wasnt on a car very long as was the left front fender. All the B90 window trim is NOS,along with many suspension components and body mnts. My goal was to use as much NOS as I could to do this car. I believe it to be 1 of under 50 or 60 4sp post cars with ac.

I agree with the rarity, the AC is rare, almost strange:-)

The body underside was blasted with sand & very low pressure as not to abrate the metal, the body was original paint and was sanded to bare metal with a DA sander, jambs and trunk were blasted just like the underside and firewall.

Ryan AC on an automatic post car is very common, but, a 4sp with air post car is extremly rare, and on top of it it came with 3:23 gears and no posi just like the red car.

An M20 and 3.32:1's will be very nice to drive, and then crank the AC..........this is one cool car!

Can you finish it in time to bring it to MCACN??? If you plan to sell this one you can pay extra and have it for sale at the show.........I can't think of better advertising.

No way to get the car done by MCNCA,Still need to do engine, have much more money to spend for Glass, engine, wire harnesses etc. All my money is tied up in the red car and need to sell it before I can do anything else. Body has to come back off the frame. The 4sp car isnt for saleI have over 2000 hrs at this point in it,I cant get near my labor costs on the red car let alone cost of parts, materials, carand the Green car was done with almost all NOS parts I Had the red car at a small show yesterday and was approched by a group that is putting on an auction in Rockford Il the week before The Nationals, they offerd to wave there consignment fee if I ran the car in there auction. Im thinking about it but Im a little hesitant.

Sounds like a fair deal on the auction, get a note from them in writing!!!

So the 57-57 B90 is yours to keep?

Good selection, I hope to someday have our cars at the same place at the same time for a great photo opp!!

Yes its my keeper unless someone wants it more than me and has enough money. I really want a 69 Post W30. They gave me a card that says One free vehicle entry.

Tim, its a multi step process eurothane and waterbase unlike the original which was just a single step and waterbased. This is the closest to original that I have seen but still not absolutly identicle I try to perfect it more everyone I do.This one has a larger aqua speckle which is more like the 70 and up trunks, but I wasnt going to redo it. 68/69 Lansing cars have a smaller speckle and Fremont cars have a stringy like spiderwebing speckle. My process is much more durable than the original. Thanks for the compliment.

You must be measuring the shaft without the yoke.

57 1/2
