Hello,
I am to the paint stage but am struggling with a color. Currently the chassis is complete with a BMR suspension package, 462 C.I. roller motor with Ram Air Restoration oversize exhaust manifolds and exhaust system. The rearend is a posi 3:42 12 bolt. The front brakes are Wilwood and it has the Jeep GC steering box conversion. The rims are 15x7 with 235/60 R15 and the rears are 15x8 Vintique rims with 275/60R15 tires. My original plan was lower the car a couple of inches, paint it white, and use white steel rims with dog dish hub caps. Is there any pics out there of a 66/67 with body color rims and dog dish caps. I have many more pics of the build if anyone is interested.
Thanks.

Looks Great!
I am in the process of upgrading to a Jeep Steering box too. Got the kit and the rag joint hits the frame! Nothing is easy! Good luck on your project. The hardest part seems to be the deciding on a design!

Thanks for the replies. I have the same problem with my Lee Engineering rag joint hitting the frame. The metal reinforcements hit the frame as the joint turns. I am considering using small spacers between the frame and the steering box. I don't want to machine the OD to remove the sides of the metal reinforcements. Any ideas? I have always liked the white sleeper look like the attached pic.
