For mine I used a shroud from a late 70's Ford truck. I had to modify it a little bit and mount it upside down but it worked well. When I switched back to the clutch fan the fan was to far in the shroud. The one I have now I made from a piece of sheet metal and it works great. On days like weve been having my 455 runs 180 going down the road and 195 at idle.

Here's what I have on mine, nothing too fancy but it works. I built it using 18 gauge steel that I cut with a plasma cutter, bent, and welded. In order to cover the entire radiator I notched the passenger side to allow clearance for the lower hose. To complete the seal I used aluminum tape to seal the shroud to the radiator. I also built filler panels to seal the radiator to the radiator support, now all the air coming through the grill goes through the radiator.
