66 67 cowl

Part numbers of the factory replacement sheet metal "A" pillars and the factory replacement windshield glass are different between the 4 door and 2 door models suggesting that one will not fit in place of the other. Also, part numbers of the factory replacement upper cowl panel are different between the two years so that may affect the fit and further, the cowls are different between factory A/C cars and non A/C cars! Sorry it took so long to get you an answer.

What Hollander says
1974 Hollander states the following:
Oldsmobile F - 85 [they call all A bodied cars that, no mention of "Cutlass" at all, nor "442]
Windsheild
'64-'65 - All cars, even Convertible use 2494 according to Them Interesting would Figure Convertible would have it's own number.
'66-'67 2 door Sedan [post], 2 door H.T. and Conv used 2773
4 door Sedan, 4 door H.T. and Wagon continued to use 2494
This is simply what "they" say in their manual. Am sure that an expert here can find exception to this. Am simply stating what is in their manual, not saying am an expert here.

Cowl / Firewall
BTW, I have a '66 Cowl / firewall cut out. From a '66 Malibu 300 sedan that was in an El Paso yard. Cut this out, right before they Crushed it. Am guessing? if the metal Dash carrier is removed, it is the Same across all four Divisions. Very clean condition, lower windshield channel and upper toe boards, and body mount towers are excellent.

Would the pillars be the difference. Or is the cowl different. It would be nice to grab an southern front cowl for this project.
but shipping to the Midwest would be the killer.
I just grabbed a complete floor pan and rockers for this project.
