Hi, new to club. Have a 55 Olds 2dr HT. I’ve had my car since 1970. I wanted to DIY restoration. I totally took it apart. Had the body sand blasted (not the hood or top). Cut out rusted floor pan area in the front, the only part that was rusted out. Had someone weld new pan in. When I saw the first portion installed it was so bad I took my car home and haven’t touched it for several years. I can’t weld so I’m stuck.
Considering selling it. I have all parts except the heater. Also the engine is not the original it is a 65 caddy engine.

The first suggestion I would make is to let us know where you are. The car had to have some significant modifications to install the 65 Caddy engine. Photos will help a lot. You won't get much interest without them.
