1972 Cutlass Supreme, First Car
I've been using this forum for information for quite some time now, It's time to finally post I guess.
I bought my '72 Cutlass and the interior carpet from a friend of my dad for $100 if I promised to restore it. My dad encouraged the project, so that I would be able to learn about mechanics.
The car had sat for many years, it was abandoned and my dad and his friend got it to running condition about 2 years before I was born (Nearly 20 Years Ago)
The car was kept the car mechanically sound and all the numbers match, although the body was little more than a rat-trap.
Me and my dad restored this to be my first car.
