1972 convertible cutlass

Well I bought this car in 2009 in Houston tx. It's been sitting in a storage down there for part of the 25 years its been off the road. In 1990 the young kid driving it clipped a car on side street and messed up driver fender headlights and bumper, parked it on side of his mother house for a few years and the old neighbor next door bought it to restor and never did. I picked it up off Craigslist beleave it or not for $2,500 numbers matching unmolested 350/350 4bl bench seat convertible cutlass with couple pin size holes in trunk and about ten the size of pencil eraser under rear seat. Only thing missing was carpet bench seat and a couple center caps. I started working on it this past winter . Bought a parts car 72 with bucket seats and all for $1000 so I got the front fender ,bumper, grills all on. I pulled the plugs on motor and loaded it up with tranny fluid for the next few weeks I turned motor over by hand making sure all was good , I put new fuel pump on it , used coke bottle for gas tank , pulled valve covers and tried to fire her off. Nuthin , no spark so I replaced plugs wires cap points coil and regulator from parts car . Now I had spark so I'm making progress. Couldn't get car to start with the orig carb so I swapped it with one from parts car, and she come to life. Runs smooth 91k miles motor sounds solid everything is working as it should , I topped off tranny fluid and she's hittin all 3 gears with almost no leaks... There is nothing like bringing an old car like this back to life. Now Iv put factory disc on front , changed the master and booster but still not getting and rear brakes. Don't know why? Any ideas? The other day the carb just pooped on me so I put another one on from a 71 gto and its running a lil rough. Think ill send off the orig to have rebuilt by sparky I guess unless anyone has a better idea ?
