Converted my bench to buckets, console and different steering column

Converted my bench, column shift to Buckets, console w/shifter on the floor and changed out the steering column. Buckets are not exact replicas but I think they look pretty sweet. The console, shifter and steering column I found through classicoldsmobile.com members....thank you very much and restored them. Pulled up the carpet not knowing what I was going to find....found original floorboards and no rust. I was amazed. All in all, very happy with the way it turned out.

Buckets

I was ordering replicas from OPGI around Xmas and the salesman told me about these ("Procar Seats") and they were on sale at the time, $650.00 for the buckets and brackets. The seats looked pretty close to original and they came with recliners. Just thought it was too good to pass up.

I too converted from column and bench to buckets and floor shifter.. I was going to put some seats similar to your then I found some original one put new foam and they look good but let me tell you they are not that comfortable. I'm thinking about replacing them to some similar to yours the only concern I have is your interior is black and those seats look like there almost original to the car,my interior is white and I feel those seats in white might look offset and take the originality out of the car.. By the way nice car and good jod on the interior glad you keep it looking original

Ah... Parking... I think I remember that. I like your seats! they seem very reasonable pricewise.
