Gauges in Radio Hole

My radio hole is real hacked and I really dont want to replace the lower dash so I was thinking it would be a good spot for autometer gauges , any ideas on building a gauge pod angled a little toward the driver side. Or does anyone sell them ?

I have never seen a pod for the radio hole - only for the 8-track housing.
A little custom engineering can make anything you want, though!
You might check to see if the gauge company makes any angled brackets that you could modify and integrate into the dash...

Have you seen the radio blanks? That might be an option.

I was thinking of getting some angled rings from autometer and autometer gauges and cutting some aluminum stock material and painting it black. I think it would look good with the angled mounting rings facing driver side.

Thats exactly what I did. As mentioned though, I put mine in the 8track housing. I didn't even consider using the radio hole, that would look good.

If the dash and radio hole is already hacked up, it sounds like a great idea. Most of us would not do it to a good dash but if it is hacked I think it is a good idea. I would like to see pictures when you are done.
