Trying to figure out what parts of the glove box I'm missing, I got the car with the dash missing a bunch of peices. I have glove box door and hinge but not the shell. Trying to figure out what holds in the shell...

 

I put a box in the car a long time ago. You can buy a repop box. If I remember right , the box has thin sheet metal type clips that the screws go thru the holes in dash and thread into the clips. You will also need the latch and light/switch if yours had it. I remember I had a hard time keeping the hinge from loosening up and I found I had sheet metal screws going into the metal when it should have been machine screws ( like 8-32) after I had right screws in been fine since.
