'76 Salon's Console Door Fell Out of Its Track!

I tried to close our '76 Salon's "roll-top" door in the front of its center console yesterday --- and the darn thing fell right out of its track into the compartment!

Nothing appears to be broken, but it seems that I will have to remove the entire console to re-install just that door. Is this correct? Or is there a "trick" to reinstalling it simply? It certainly fell out of there easily enough!

Pretty sure just the top plate has to come off. 3 screws by shifter and I think a few in the storage bin.

Thanks, Al; I'll give that a try.
