Im almost ready to lay carpet in and I cant seem to find the bolt holes for exact placement of this kick panel. The whole area under the pedals is covered with dynamat and dont want tto shred it up anymore than I did. Do I have it right side up in photo? There is a u-shaped cut out, where does that go? Thanks for any help.

Under the steering column, way to the left.
The U shaped cutout is for the parking brake cable. The indentation on the right is directly under the steering column.
