What to use to condition vinyl upholstery?

I've got and arm rest pad that the vinyl has shrunk on one side. Is there a product I can use to relax the fabric a little so I can re-glue. Thanks as always.

I have had some luck with Blue magic leather & vinyl conditioner & Blue Magic Vinyl cleaner at softening up older vinyls. I have heard saddle soap works as well, but i have never tried it.
A heat gun will help a little to soften it but you have to be careful not to over heat it. A garment steamer would be best as there no risk of melting the vinyl...

x2. Professional upholstery shops use these to soften, stretch and remove wrinkles.
