Top Boot on the 88
Wrote up a brag on parts houses in another thread and now I have a little problem.(Maybe?) Just tried putting on the new boot I recieved and out ripped a snap. This was the 2ond time I had put it on and I was following the owners manual. It's the proper fit and a very attractive finish to the Delta. It is < 10 days old.I will give the supplier a call on Tue. to find out how they handle it.
The snap is under another piece of material and this is sewn around leaving some room for the snap to slide for adjustment. This fabric is what is torn leaving nothing to hold the snap in. This I hope will be covered under warranty. I hate to have to take a new $150. boot to an uph. guy to stitch around. Will keep you posted!!!!!!!!!

I sent the boot back to Hydro-Electric and after a short explination a return label was sent to me. I sent the damaged one back and a replacement was sent out pronto. This all was accomplished in ~ 6 days. These people were great and I'm sure we will deal again.
