I have a '70 98LS with the Tilt/Telescope Rim Blow Steering Wheel and the original owner wrapped a leather cover around it because the woodgrain strip had cracked up. Is there a way to restore the steering wheel without replacing it? I'd like to use it like when it was new someday.
