Can anyone post pics of the center attachment points for the front seat belts, I bought a 1966 toronado and it has no female ends. I have the male retractors on the outside. Also what are the interchangeabilty of seatbelts?

I cannot say for certain, but they "should" be just standard inside seatbelts. Nothing special about the toronado or stratobench as far as the belts that were used.
There were two styles in 66. "deluxe" which were smaller, had a brushed buckle case and a push button, and a larger "standard" buckle, that was colored plastic over metal and was a lift the latch style.
The inside belt should pass through the center bottom part of the bench seat. Usually there is a plastic sleeve that the belt passes through- Sometimes these have disentegrated after years of heat & use though.
