Any way to break down #'s on the wheel, hub or cap to tell year?

Also to measure the wheel is it center to center or outside diameter? Mine is 15.5 (outside)

Whats the deal with the fake stiching mine has it on the inside of the rim.

Giving a shot at e-bay and need to try and determine the year.

I believe they all have the same part number from 1970-77. That is the wheel in your pictures. The newer Starfire wheel has large stitching that runs on the tabs that go onto the spokes. The newer big stitching one is also a different diameter, I believe 14 1/4" or 14 1/2" outside diameter. John
