would there be anyway I could use power seat in my 81 cutlass without wiring them in like could I use them manually

Power seat has to have motor and transmission active to move in any direction. Would have to be a very strong person indeed to move it manually.

Find a complete one that has the control on the side of the seat. Then run a 10 gage wire from a 12v source to the seat motor's plug. You can incorporate a relay into the circuit if you want so the seat motor runs off battery instead of thru the fuse block.
