Is there any where you can buy new metal rear arm rest panels for a 1970 Cutlass Supreme?

I don't think the hardtop metal covers are repro'd......you should be able to find clean originals/used out there. For example, "ros6872" has a nice used pair for sale in the "Parts For Sale" section right now.

 

I have seen the metal ones for a convertible.in metal and the Supreme non-convertible in plastic. I don't know why they don't make them in metal too.

 

Simple.....they can fulfill the demand w/the plastic version. I assume you could install new vinyl covers on the plastic repro versions (after prepping them w/underlying layer(s) if you wanted to duplicate the "factory" pieces).
