Painted The Front Seats

I decided that I would try the SEM Landau Black on my front seats. Not sure if it is going to hold up since it is the front. I painted the rear ones over a year ago and the paint is not coming off but I still have not put them in the car to get the true test.I have a friend who restored a 70 Mach 1 and he used this product on his seats about 3 years ago and so far his is not showing signs of flaking and he drives the car very often.I will give this a try before I decide to purchase new covers. Here are some before and after pictures.

I vinyl dyed the back seat of my 69 Cutlass with the same product about 3 years ago. It came out looking great and did not crack or peel off.

wow - from scruffy to spiffy in just a few hours - good work! DO keep us informed on the durability. I have heard some good things about SEM interior paints...

I will let you know, hopefully it will be durable otherwise I am going to have to go your route and get everything redone, I just didn't want to waste good covers just because I wanted to change colors.

Thanks,

I've also had some problems with the chrome piping sticking. Have you gotten there yet?
