From the shape of the pad, that is a 1970 and 1971 deluxe wheel. It may even be correct for 1969. 1972 deluxe wheels have a different shape in the pad area and more.

Thanks! It is not a 69. I bought it and installed it on my 69 w30 and the pad was upside down. OK that helps! It is a 70/71 wheel.

Ok just a few options left.

1970 Cutlass colors left
Gold. Saddle and Sandal Wood?
OR
1971 Cutlass
Dark Saddle

Still need more info!
