Anyone know how to fix a stuck front seat belt tensioner? If I remove the plastic cover over the tensioner, there's a little lock release pin which when pressed, it allows you to pull the belt out. I'm looking for a proper fix. I can't pull any of the belt out otherwise. Thanks in advance.

 

Has the belt moved on its mounting?, that will cause it to lock.
For the price of a new belt I'd simply replace it.

The belt has not moved to my knowledge and the car is parked on level ground.
