legendary sales

Is the Christmas sale the only time of year Legendary offers the 20 to 25% off sale?

In the numerous years I've interacted with Legendary & followed Legendary, the holiday sales season has been the only time Legendary offers those discounts.

A Legendary dealer could give you a discount anytime. If you are not going to do it yourself, find a Legendary dealer to do the installation.

Call them & report back. Then we'll have a definitive answer.

Christmas time is the only time I've seen them advertise a sale. This is currently on their website:

Just an FYI the interior seat cover set I last ordered from Legendary took 1 month short of 2 YEARS to arrive. Honestly I had a baby in the meantime and he was walking when the covers finally arrived

I suspect some orders take longer than others. Three years ago I ordered new covers for my '71 CS convertible - they took 5 weeks from date of order to delivery.

Their website indicates the wait time for each item, although I have no idea when that started. I ordered a number of items in December. Some items like padding/installation kits had a lead time of 14 days, door panels 77 days and seat upholstery was 280 days. It will be interesting to see how accurate the indicators are.

I’ve also ordered in early December. I’m optimistic that they are going to be more dependable than SMS. SMS waited almost two years before they claimed that they didn’t have the necessary patterns to produce my order. Weak as tepid water without apologies. Ask me how I really feel!!😁

I've purchased several items from them over a span of six years. I recall when they had very limited on-line website presence, then a cumbersome website navigation. I don't fault them for any of it. COVID-19 along w/ supplies/shipping issues was untimely for many, many businesses. I didn't know the instituted a wait time for items on their website now. While I haven't purchased anything from them in a couple years, my experiences w/ them was excellent with regard to communication & customer service. I hope it remains so for them.
