Glove Box Liner

I got a new glove box line for my '71 Cutlass S car for Christmas. What's the best way to install this? From looking at it, it looks like I'll have to take the glove box door off.

Yes door has to come off because the three screws that hold hinge on are on top of liner.

Okay thanks. Is there a video on how to do this. I'm more of a visual guy.

I installed a new liner in my '72 Vista Cruiser recently and it isn't easy, especially if the car has A/C because the hose to the passenger dash A/C vent is right behind the box liner. I ended up removing that hose to facilitate the R&I and since the old hose is old fabric on a wire assembly and stapled to the back of the vent on top and the air plenum on bottom it disintegrated so I had to replace that as well. Not easy but doable, just take a healthy dose of patience before doing it. Good luck.

Thanks for the heads up. I don't have AC, so it sounds as mine may be a little easier.

I got mine for Fusick auto. I'm in Canada so shipping was about the same as the liner itself. I've bought a few items in the past from them with no issues.

look at both of these which covers most of it. I know one is a Chevy... but somewhat a similar process

In the first video on the Cutlass I recognized the disclaimer label about cancer causing material which was identical to the one I got so probably even though he got his from inline tube and I got mine form OPG I bet it is from the same manufacturer. Good video.
