Glove box delta 98 trim removal for 65 olds 98

I switched out my dash in my jetstar 88 to a dash from a 98 brown woodgrain with air conditioning. What is the trick to taking off the 98 trim so I can put on the jetstar 88 on the glove box door?
Thanks

The "98" badge is riveted to the glove box door. It is difficult to remove without doing some damage. The Jetstar badge would have to be glued on.

Not what I was hoping for but at least I have a point of reference. Maybe it can be drilled off and glue on the Jetstar, hopefuly it's not too faded. Thanks.
