The gauges have a bezel/faceplate over them that has 2 screws going through the top part of it vertically. Remove that.
It looks like this after you remove the bezel. Ignore the tach on the column.

Then each gauge has 3 - 4 screws into the frame of the dash and some grounding plates. Remove those
Each gauge should slide out and you can pull the harness off.

The only complicated one is the Speedo because of the cable and the spring clip that holds it to the gauge.
You have to pinch the spring clip to release the speedo cable from the gauge with barely any room to maneuver outside the hole.
It's tight but feasible.

Mine was the same way. I had planned on restoring my dash, but when I took it apart the plastic was just too old. Just about every mounting point was broken or cracking. I decided to go with a stainless steel dash replacement and gauges from Dakota Digital. The LED back lighting is nice and crisp.

I almost forgot about this thread - thanks for posting!

I have never been too attracted to aftermarket gauges, but I have to say those DD ones look very nice! During daylight they have a nice old school look - right at home in that car! I like the wheel combo, too!

You forgot to include the little gauges below...
Were these the plug in incadescent replacements?

No no... Full LED all dash. Some are plug in replacements, the gauge cluster is not, that was a full rewire. And the gauges below are actual LED's drilled and inserted, then glued, and resistorized...

I'll have to find more pics...

Here is a shot of a mid 70's Delco AM FM 8-track unit that I refurbished today. There is just something about those old glowing radio dials that I like...

I like the looks of the analog more than the digital.
Hre is one I rebuilt a few months ago...
