I'm looking for a quick answer specifically on Duplicolor vinyl paint...I am refinishing the interior of my 72 Cutlass S and I need to know if the Duplicolor lasts/matches the GM gloss black interior. Thanks!

Iv'e used both the Duplicolor and the SEM (Landau Black ColorCoat)products and they both work well ,the SEM has a bit less gloss than the Duplicolor but it depends on the surface you spray it onto ,the dash pad tends to look a bit less glossy than say the kick panels but they both will give you a nice looking finish IMO.Now as far as lasting I think it will last as long as there is no constant scuffing(like removing and installing ) of the item,then you may need to touch it up.

 

I used to use Napa spray dyes and they worked well but I've since switched to SEM and I think it works great. I've only used the Landau Black and I've had no problems with it. It gives a very nice factory finish.
