Hi, need some advice on what cleaner to use on door panels to remove tape residue. I have a 71 cutlass supreme and got new Legendary door panels, and they came with masking tape covering where the chrome strip meets the wood grain (see picture below for reference.) The panels ended up sitting for several years while the car restoration was being finished, and when I finally recently removed the tape, it left sticky residue. Though not very visible in the picture, I definitely want to clean it off but don't want to damage or warp the chrome trim & wood grain. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

 

Tuff stuff aerosol spray cleaner, wd40, goo gone, etc...
