This do-hicky-thinga-majig?

Taking my seats out and down to get wrapped in new legendary covers.
What is this?
Seat warmer? Seatbelt alert?
I think they were originally out of a '71.

Seat belt warning switch. When someone is seated in it without the seat belt on, it will signal a buzzer under the dash. Started mid 72.

If someone can confirm the driver's seat in the 72 should have one I'd be interested. I have a bench seat and there is one on the passenger side. The buzzer only goes on when the car is in drive - interestingly enough not reverse S or L. Driver side does not seem to have that switch under the seat

Only passenger side for that switch.

That's exactly where this was. Only on the passenger side.
I had to recheck to make sure I didn't have the seats switched.

If you want it, send me a box to put it in with postage and your address on it and it's yours.
