catalogs?

I`ve just acquired a 66 Delta 88 that is in need of restoration. The body and mechanics are in fair shape. the interior is the problem. Are there any catalogs available for the bigger Olds products. This is the first project like this in 40 years for me, looking forward to doing it, just need to find parts/or catalog source. I`m in the Tacoma -Seattle area. Thanks

I don't think you'll find many (or any) ready-made interior parts for that car.

Fusick is te recognized expert Olds restoration supplier. They are helpful and knowledgeable on the phone and honest in their dealings, but not the cheapest.

Legendary Auto Interiors can make any of the upholstered parts for your car, but they're not cheap, since they're the best, and they have a long turnaround time. I believe they're in your area.

There are a number of other restoration and performance suppliers, many of whom, such as Brothers and Mondello, have earned poor reputations. Search the forums for specific god and bad points.

Auto Custom Carpets or one of their vendors for the carpet.

Seats will be a cut and stitch job at a trim shop and a good one may have the right vinyl in stock as it was common to all GM cars back then. For cloth, SMS Auto Fabrics in Oregon but not cheap. They can also repro the door panels.

Package tray- you can probably get that from Ames Performance (Pontiac vendor). They support the full-size Pontiacs very well and the package shelf and headliner will be the same for any 66 GM B-body car.

Impala seats are the same size. If you are not totally concerned about the stich pattern being exact, you could run their covers on your frames.

Lebarron Bonney has the patterns to make up the exact covers, Super high quality, but they are pretty pricy. Probably more than just having a local shop make them. Here is there site anyway.

Not sure where in the seattle area you are, but if the north end, If you go with custom upholstery, i'd recommend TrimCraft upholstery in snohomish by the airport.

Unfortunatly, i'm not setup to make custom covers at this time, or i'd offer my services... For now i can only do pre-made covers.

78 Delta 88 Restoration

My questions are like many others. I recently purchased a 1978 Delta 88 Royale Brougham. It sat in Arizona sun not driven and unprotected. All the sheet metal is incredible, no rust at all, no accidents, no major dents. However the interior is just gone, all the dash, seats, 80% of the plastics destroyed by the sun.

So two basic questions: #1, where is good place to sell this car to someone that would fix it up, and #2, if I keep it where are the places that can do the interior. Most Items match with corresponding Impalas, but have been finding it difficult sourcing suppliers for this make and model.

Also, has any one ever used "Justdashes" in Calif.? I was thinking of sending the dash to them. Any experiences with them?
