Bucket Seats in 72 cutlass 2door post

All,
I am wanting to get rid of the bench seat in my car and go with buckets. I ran across a yard sale and brought some power cloth buckets seats, with the sliders attached. My question is will this work in my car the seats appear to be out of a ford(i know..)taurus maybe 200-2007, and they are in perfect condition got them for $30.00 dollars. So the million dollar question is will they work in the Cutlass. Also I will be selling the bench seat.. So did I waste 30.00 dollars? So let the flaming begin...

Since we have no idea what the seat tracks look like nor what the spacing is on the tracks nor the width of the seats, it's hard to give you a useful answer. In all likelyhood you'll need to fabricate floor brackets to match the new seat tracks. Be sure you attach them to the reinforcements under the floor pan, like the factory brackets. The thin floor pan by itself is not strong enough.
