bench seat belt

Does anyone know the name of the part pointed at in the photo or where I could get a set?
The previous owner(s) had the seat reupholstered and who ever did the job never put them back in and instead sliced the vinyl on the back of the seat to route the belts through.

Tan or brown, doesn't really matter because I can always paint them.

I’m sorry but I’m not able to locate them, it’s been a while that I’ve seen them and wondering if I already sold them with the red seat belts I sold a number of years ago, if I find them I will be in touch. Sorry for the confusion

Out of curiosity, what year is this diagram for? Is the style of anchor plate shown common for the A body for that year?

My Olds is a 1961 s88 and I found this paper and a paper with instructions on how to install a belt retractor in the trunk.
The seat belts in it have a 1961 date code on them and were factory installed. The anchors in the floor are a ring type.

BTW for anyone, still looking for these.

Thanks for that info. Do you need the ring anchor bolts or the twin hook plates that latch into the rings or all of the above?

Sorry for the confusion, I meant I'm still looking for the sleeves for the belts in the seat. I have everything else.
