I am doing a cosmetic restoration on a 70 cutlass conv driver. The seats are crap and I’m on a Budget. I do have perfect 69 buckets with hardtop back seat in storage 200 miles away. So I can’t do measurements, How much different are the physical measurements for a convertible. The pattern does not concern me.

The front buckets are the same physically, but the rear convert seat is about five inches narrower...and I think the Supreme hardtop seat is about three inches narrower than an 'S' or 442 hardtop seat...but wider than a convert...

 

The convertible seats are narrower because it needs room in the back for the convertible lift towers-hydraulic or electric- We ran into this same problem on our 63 Starfire convertible-
