Another small project completed...

After I put my fender scripts on, I took care of this...

Nice job, is that a NOS plate or a repop, mine the chrome is long gone...

Thanks...and theyre repops but at 40 bucks a pair I'm good with them😀

I wonder if that's a common convertible issue? Mine are mostly non-chrome as well, along with most of the other originally chromed interior parts.

it could be a droptop problem the repops look really good, I believe you can get originals rechromed but that would be big bucks. I wonder if this is something that would lend itself to chrome bc/cc paints? or home plating, anyway not to stomp on the thread 72455 they look super and a great job your doing
