I am restoring a 79 T/A olds powered and it has the zipper seat upholstery on top. which i understand is standard interior. Can you use delux seat covers with this seat and buy the plastic seat back cover to hide the hog rings with the same seat frame. I have heard the delux covers do not have the zippers but also need the plastic seatback cover

It turns out the seat frames are the same but the top frame and padding is different according to Fbody warehouse so there are 2 separate seat cover options that are physically not the same size.
