I was wondering if anyone here can tell me the correct color for that arm that attaches to the glovebox door? I bought one and sandblasted it, now I'm ready to paint it.

 

I never really noticed in all the times I've been in the glove box, so I just went and looked. Mine looks dark but with a light hazy finish. I don't know if that's oxidation on bare metal, some sort of phosphate finish, or really old black paint.
