70-72 Cutlass console repair

Looking to repair or replace a couple of pieces on my console.
Section 3 needs repair or replacing. (How do you remove it, is it just press fit?)
I need to replace the console door. Which I have seen for sale.

Part #3 (the thin textured vinyl-covered metal "surround") is held in place mostly by Part #4. You have to remove/ruin the 4 small black "push pin" retainers that hold Part #4 on.....you can try to drill out the push-in inner part of each retainer and then once you have enough of that inner part removed you can screw a #8 sheet metal screw into the remaining outer part of the retainer and try twisting/pulling/etc to remove those parts. Sometimes you don't need to drill the inside part first.....you can just try the sheet metal screw and see if that pushes the inner part far enough out to allow removal. BE GENTLE - if you pull and tug/twist/etc too hard on these black plastic retainers you can end up breaking off the harder plastic tab part of the console body (tabs that stick up).

The lower edge of Part #3 has a lip/ledge on it (black arrows in pic below) on it with some further-protruding tabs (yellow arrows)....you'll see how this all slips down into a valley/recess in the console body plastic when you get it removed.
