Can anyone tell me where to find some new quarter trim clips like these

Any of the resto parts suppliers carry them, yearone, opgi, fusick, etc...

Fusick is about 10x more expensive than the fastener stores. If you're looking for absolutely the "correct" finish clip I'd certainly go with them, however there are significantly cheaper alternatives for these type of clips.

You say the quarter trim clips and it look like your car is a convertible. Don't you have the oblong holes? They take a completely different fastener (except the end ones), although I have used the spring clips in the oblong holes because I think they do a better job of drawing the trim to the body

As do all the clip and fastener suppliers as well as most auto paint suppliers that handle Au-Ve-Co fasteners. This particular one is pretty universal and readily available. This style comes in several different lenghts, so match up with your old ones. Here's one of dozens of sources.
