My 67 is not at my current location, so if anyone remembers, it'd help.
I believe the rear speaker is center, under mesh, and the rear defogger is to the drivers side, with the grate on top, assuming it had both options,
on the package tray. I don't think either option invalidated the other.

My tag calls for rear speaker, but not defogger, so it will probably end up that way anyway, but figured I'd ask.

My '67 had both. The speaker was on the right, defogger on the left.
